Before real estate Mark had the opportunity to work with some of the top telecommunication companies in the world. "I have traveled across the country and had the opportunity to live abroad. When I have to rank the top places, I have called home it would be New Mexico." Which leads him to be driven by a strong desire to exceed client's expectations and deliver results.

Pepi Rustemi- Transaction Assistance
Pepi, was born in Kičevo, located in the western part of North Macedonia, situated in Southeastern Europe, bordering Bulgaria to the east, Greece to the south, Serbia and Kosovo to the north, and Albania to the west. Her family had the opportunity to relocate to Milwaukee, WI at a young age. She graduated from UW Milwaukee with a bachelor's in science, with a concentration in business. She started her career after college with a small local marketing firm in Milwaukee, which later worked directly with some of the largest companies across the country. Quickly the management team realized that she as a leader embodies the power of the opportunity-based business the firm was looking for. She has held positions across multiple pages tapping into her strong leadership skills, business acumen, drive for growth, and commitment to results.
Pepi, has been responsible for client relationships and campaign growth resulting from the company’s well-known business-to-business and residential sales segments, Pepi leadership skills has led the retail expansion which has consistently been the company’s fastest-growing sales channel. In 2021, Wanting to spend more time with her family. She set her sights on real estate and has been a part of the success of our firm. In addition to her role, she is a mom of two and spends her time raising two boys. Pepi, has many hobbies to keep herself busy in her spare time. She loves to have fun traveling, cooking, and housewife show binging.
Jordan Gray- Operation Manager
With a career spanning over 16 years, she has risen through the ranks, from sales to campaign management roles to her current role, as Operations Manager. Having worked with several fortune 100 clients, her extensive experience in corporate communications, human resources and development, fueled by a zeal for sales and marketing, she cultivated her passion for recruiting, steering the sales company to a nationwide presence. As a leader, she navigated the expansion across the United States, concurrently spearheading the training and leadership of a dedicated team of recruiters.
Before joining Empire NM Realty, Jordan handled the full spectrum of real estate closings ranging from complex commercial transactions, real estate contracts and conventional purchases, serving as the direct contact with clients and handling the backend of the operation for the team.
Jordan, is responsible for leading marketing, corporate communications, internal and external marketing and communication efforts including initiating, developing, directing and implementing multi-channel marketing programs aligning with client and company goals.

Katherine Naranjo Associate Broker
Katherine Naranjo is a dedicated real estate professional with Empire NM Realty, offering a unique blend of industry expertise and hands-on experience. With over 25 years in commercial and residential construction, 6 years as a real estate investor, and 2 years as a licensed Realtor, Katherine brings a comprehensive perspective to every transaction.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, combining technical knowledge with strategic business acumen. Katherine is a licensed Associate Broker in New Mexico, as well as a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida.
Her extensive background allows her to guide clients with confidence—whether buying, selling, or investing—by providing expert insight into property potential, construction quality, and market value. Shaylee Montoya Associate Broker
My name is Shaylee Montoya and I am a native of New Mexico, born and raised in Albuquerque. I attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing. After a career of several years in sales and customer service, I have made the transition to Real Estate.
When I am not working, I am traveling and visiting different cities and countries. While on my last trip to Europe, I learned a lot about the history and culture as I do with all of the places I’ve visited. There are many interesting stories of all the awesome people I’ve met along the way. One thing we always have in common is our talks about “home”, one of the most valuable things we can all connect about is where we live, the cultures and backgrounds we come from. I will always cherish the connections and memories made and will continue to make.
